To ensure that we continue to offer the best service to our clients, we are currently looking for a skilled and motivated entry level Business Analyst to join our team to review the business needs and to design, implement and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Analyze and document client requirements and acceptance criteria, through Use Cases/User Stories and Solution Specification Documents or in DevOps as required.
· Lead and conduct client workshops, scheduling 1-on-1 sessions with customers, as needed, to address in-depth issues.
· Work closely with the Product Owner and the client to ensure optimal requirements coverage.
· Work closely with the Solutions development team and make sure the client’s requirements are well understood.
· Learn & be up to date with knowledge of the company’s products to respond with the latest information to customer inquiries and feedback.
· Help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize CRM software or Eperformance products based on their business needs or business plans.
· Maintain a Knowledge Base of resolutions to common training and customer issues involving Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft integrated tools.
· Prepare training courseware/material and conduct training sessions for customers on Eperformance’s products and a variety of technologies such as: Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform.
· Assist in Knowledge Transfer and Training (KTT) of new and cutting-edge technical topics.
· Educate customers on the flexibility and capabilities of CRM software and Eperformance’s products so customers are encouraged to continue using Eperformance’s services.
· Deliver Course materials in person and online and training in-person at offsite client locations, if applicable.
· Assist in the Sales cycle by providing product demonstrations and responses to RFP’s.
· Assist & own the BA responsibilities for project deadlines and schedules; understand expectations set with client and recognize when issues/events may affect delivery.
· Assist the QA Manager and team in User Acceptance Testing triage and gaining client signoff.
· Able to operate independently and within a team environment.
· Assist in the triage and support of any Customer Success support tickets as and when needed.
· Work closely as a member of the Company’s business development team to close service and solution opportunities.
· Assist in the development and management of the Client Services practice for the company.
Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Computer Science or Information Systems or Business Management, or equivalent.
- 1+ years’ experience working with large packaged applications.
- Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player and able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the organization.
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Government Security Clearance (Reliability at a minimum).
Preferred Qualifications/Assets:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM/PowerApps Certification a strong plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM/PowerApps software experience.
- Experience with Agile methodologies a plus.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- French oral and written communication skills a plus.
- Able to operate independently and within a team environment.
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
Please note that you must be local to the Ottawa region as we would require you to occasionally work from our 150 Elgin Street office location.
